Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the RTA Theory Test — UAE Driving Test app (the «App»), developed by Marcos Ceresoli, handles its users' information.

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect, store or transmit personally identifiable data from its users. It requires no registration or sign-in, and its content works without an internet connection.

Through the integrated third-party services (see section 3), usage data may be collected automatically, such as device information and advertising data.

2. Use of data

The only data used within the App is:

• Your progress and answers within the App, stored locally on your device. They are not sent to any server: the App has no backend of its own.
• Anonymous ad usage data, processed exclusively by Google AdMob.

3. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google AdMob — advertising provider. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for advertising purposes, in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can review it at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Ads and advertising data

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on the user's preferences and region. On iOS devices, the App requests advertising tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency, ATT) before showing personalized ads.

Rewarded ads are optional: you can always decline to watch them with no impact on your normal use of the App.

5. App permissions

The App requests only the minimum necessary permissions:

• Internet access — required exclusively to load ads.

The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location or external storage.

6. Children's privacy

The App is intended for people preparing for their driving theory test who meet the minimum legal driving age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you notice that a minor has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be published on this same page with the update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
